As you bend down, with your knees bent, maintain the curve in your low back, so you’re not flexing or bending your back significantly forward.
Bending the back moves the load away from the body. The resulting leverage increases the stress on the spine and nearby muscles and can be harmed or injured.
If you are not able to do it, you should consult with a doctor about weakness of your body.
